We offer free, trackable delivery on all orders!

Once your order is placed, our team will carefully pick your items from the clouds and wrap them with love and hugs. Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to process and package your order.

Your package will then be shipped via our shipping service providers within 5 to 14 days.

You will receive an automated confirmation email within 5-10 minutes after placing your order. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive another email with tracking details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or other folders outside your main inbox.

Please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as the ongoing global pandemic, high courier package volumes, or force majeure events.

Before contacting customer service regarding an incomplete order, please allow up to 20 business days for delivery.
